Design-Statement:

„Only one nail was to blame that the horse shoe was lost.“ There is a lot of truth in that. The Turkish proverb has become a guiding principle for GEWOBA. Everyone pitches in. Every single person is vital. 

With dedicated commitment, the attitude and activities of the employees become visible in the annual report. Through nailed headlines, graphics and images, the actions are given an expressive visuality. Aesthetic material and surface designs are achieved in a state of creative abstraction. Visually expressive and haptically unique, GEWOBA creates an outstanding presence with modestly elegant value through the report.

IDEA:

Every employee is valuable and vital. A Turkish proverb says, ``Only one nail was to blame that the horse shoe was lost.`` With the report and through nails, nailed images, graphics and typography, the commitment of each employee to the happiness of tenants, neighborhoods and hometown becomes emblematic.

GEWOBA's activities and operations become visible. The report forms a platform for the performance and endeavors of the company and its employees. Special appreciation and superior impact result from the involvement of many colleagues.

Function:

The report reaches people in a variety of ways. Employees were involved in the Art Work and told colleagues about it. Making-ofs were shared on the intranet. Additionally, the communicative centerpiece in the form of a printed brochure reached all employees, neighborhood administrators and politicians from the district to the state level.
